About The People Advisory
Built on a decade of real-world experience — and a lifelong curiosity of what makes great organizations successful (hint: their people).
It All Started With a Question.
I've always been naturally curious about human behavior — especially at work. Even in my early work experiences I found myself thinking about how individual behavior shaped teams and what it meant for the organizations they were part of.
That curiosity never went away, it grew into a career.
I earned my Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, PhD in Psychology with a concentration in Occupational Health Psychology and then spent a decade building people solutions inside some of the largest organizations in the country.
It turns out "how does individual behavior impact organizational success?" is a question you can spend a lifetime answering.
I'm still working on it — and I love every minute of it.
10 Years. Real Organizations. Real Results.
Before founding The People Advisory, I spent over a decade as an internal consultant at several large organizations — building talent solutions grounded in science and aligned to real business outcomes.
My work spanned nearly every dimension of the people function:
Talent assessment & selection
Interview training and design
Internal talent alignment and mobility
Employee listening and engagement
Competency modeling and career mapping
Leadership development and selection
360-degree assessments, competency-based assessments
Career and leadership coaching
Why This Work Matters to Me
People spend an enormous amount of their lives at work. That time deserves to be spent in a healthy work environment.
I've seen what happens when organizations get their people strategy right.
Employees grow, stay and invest in the organization and leaders develop high-performing teams.
And the organization’s performance shows it.
But I've also seen what happens when they don't — and it costs everyone.
That's what drives me to do this work every day.
Nothing is more rewarding to me than seeing someone achieve a goal they weren't sure was possible, or watching a team finally click because the right people are in the right roles.
